The Training Wing of KIMS is a team of executives who will look after the teaching facets of medical college like student Affair Department, Examination Cell, QEC, Media Cell and DME Department, Library,and IT Department. Col. Dr. Sharafuddin  (Retd) who is a highly experienced professional. Under his able guidance, Department are operate efficiently and bring an atmosphere of positive attitude and better understanding between all the stakeholders of the college.

  Colonel Dr Sharafuddin TI (M) Retd

 Col. Dr. Sharafauddin TI (M) Retd working as Deputy Director training at KIMS since October 2021. Graduated from Sindh Medical College and hold master degree in Medical Administrative from QAU and CHPE. Served Pakistan Army (Medical Corps) for 30 years on Various Administrative,Staff, Command appointment Including Deputy director Medical Services (Northern Areas), Deputy Commandant CMH Hydrabad.Commanding Officer PAF Hospital Faisal affiliated with faizai Ruth Pfau Medical College Karachi.

 

       

 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

                Major Zafar Ali (Retd)

                     Assistant Director Training
Major Zafar Ali (Retd) joined Karachi Institute of Medical sciences on 13th December 2017, as Assistant Director HR/ADM. He has over 24 years of varied experience in the field of administration HR and Security of Military. During his Career in Army he has served on various command and staff appointments. He retired from station headquarters Malir, as station staff officer in 2007. Presently he is performing duties as Assistant director Admissions & Student Affairs in Karachi Institute of medical sciences.
