Prof Arshad Ali graduated from Sindh Medical College.After internship joined department of medicine at Civil Hospital Karachi affiliated with Dow medical college. He pursued the training in medicine and got postgraduate degree . Numbers of research papers and thesis to his credit. He has been working in Department of medicine for the last 35 years during this period worked as assistant and associate professor at SMBBMC for 7 years , and now working as Professor and HOD at KIMS /CMH for 7 years .
 
Prof Dr Arshad has strong leadership and communication skills, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills to motivate the team and foster a positive work environment. He also possess qualities like integrity, empathy, flexibility, and resilience to effectively manage challenges, support staff, and ensure high standards for KIMS students.
